Diclazuril is a triazine anti coccidiosis drug, which mainly inhibits the proliferation of sporozoites and schizoites. Its peak activity against coccidia is in the sporozoites and the first generation schizoites (i.e. the first 2 days of the life cycle of coccidia). It has the effect of killing coccidia and is effective for all stages of coccidian development. It has a good effect on the tenderness, heap type, toxicity, brucella, giant and other Eimeria coccidia of chickens, and coccidia of ducks and rabbits. After mixed feeding with chickens, a small part of dexamethasone is absorbed by the digestive tract. However, due to the small amount of dexamethasone, the total amount of absorption is small, so there is little drug residue in the tissues. The average residue in chicken tissues measured on the 7th day after the last administration was lower than 0.063mg/kg after mixed feeding with a dose of 1mg/kg. Dikezhuli has low toxicity and is safe for livestock and poultry. Long term use of this product is easy to induce drug resistance, so it should be used in a shuttle or short term. The effect of this product is short, and it basically disappears after 2 days of drug withdrawal.

(2) Poultry laying eggs for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period.
(3) The efficacy period of this product is short. After stopping the drug for 1 day, the anti coccidiosis effect is obviously weakened, and the effect is effective after 2 days
