Sensitive gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, streptococcus, anthrax, erysipelas suis, listeria, clostridium putrescence, clostridium emphysema, etc. Sensitive gram-negative bacteria include haemophilus, meningococcus, pasteurella, etc. The activity against Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and Mycoplasma of livestock and poultry was stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella haemolytica strains are sensitive to this product. Pharmacokinetics: It is absorbed rapidly after oral administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (more than 2L/kg). The concentration in the lung is high, the elimination half-life can reach 1-2 days, and the effective blood concentration can be maintained for a long time.
